was good to see people i haven't seen in many years it was the dance crew me being the youngest by a few years, our parents had all worked together to help run the shows that we performed in. even though i was several years younger we all had become friends. my friend e was there i haven't seen her since d's wedding. It was at j's house she has a husband and two little boys lives near my mom and d from tennessee was there with her son and her friend m and her son- lots of babies all boys but we got to catch up in between the don't do that! get down! watch out for him! the trip to the zoo sounded like quite an adventure not too upset to have miss that. the maternal gene has not completely ignited.
last night i caught up with t we talked for almost 3 hours she is getting her masters in theology concentrating in catholicism - i don't agree with everything she says but i enjoyed talking with her.
today i slept in further after the crazy scary dream i had to wipe it out my conscience. Lots of people have been talking about dreams lately seems correct timing. my folks went on a habitat walk and historic society thing then came home for gin & tonics with their friends l & s. I had a couple as well they are refreshing on such a nice day. D came over with C he is 16 days old. I held him for a little while I would like to help her out if she needs it.
after this weekend i get the impression i have been quite the hermit and it was so good to see good friends from the past.
for the most part except for heart ache
it was a nice weekend
i don't know what to do
my heart and brain are having an intense battle and well it just feels hurt trying to find hope
